He serves as a receiver, as well as chairman of the board of directors of a company serving as an authority in numerous restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. Involved in a leading role in a number of successfully completed restructuring and bankruptcy processes of companies in various industries, including listed companies. He specializes in issues related to insolvency investigation, judicial restructuring, prepared liquidation (pre-pack), as well as economic and managerial interpretation of economic events in the context of economic crimes.

On a day-to-day basis, he manages a leading restructuring law firm, which was ranked 3rd in the 2020 and 2021 Ranking of Law Firms in the New Law Restructuring category, organized by the Rzeczpospolita daily, and in 2022. received a recommendation in the area of insolvency in the Forbes Poland’s Best Law Firms 2022 ranking (101 best law firms in Poland).

In an expert capacity, he advises law firms serving debtors, creditors and investors in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, as well as managers of insolvent companies. He represents clients in a number of pre-pack proceedings, having measurable successes in this area (including court approval of a pre-pack application worth more than tens of millions of zlotys in the real estate industry or a successfully conducted pre-pack in the IT services industry). Represented a consumer in one of the first pre-packs in consumer bankruptcy in Poland.
