On April 11, 2021, the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA) invited attorney Katarzyna Wojciechowska from Duraj Reck & Partners to participate in a meeting organized as part of the Legal Café initiative. She is a member of a team providing legal services to large hospital chains in Poland. He specializes m.in. in cases concerning the so-called medical errors and has extensive experience in representing clients both on the side of the patient, as well as on the side of the physician and the healthcare entity.

During the meeting, students had the opportunity to learn about the subject of doctor’s liability for medical errors. After the lecture, there was also time for a discussion panel, during which young lawyers asked an expert from our Law Firm questions that bothered them.
