No remuneration is due for fictitious services

It is common practice among  large chain stores  to charge providers with additional fees which are bound up with distribution of their goods.

However, as has been upheld by Warsaw District Court ruling in favor of plaintiff represented by Duraj&Reck and Partners,  marketing services which are provided by sales network for suppliers? goods after buying and putting them on exposition are fictional. I fact, it is a method of hiding some additional fees which are charged for mere acceptance of goods for sale, thereby constituting an act of unfair competition according to polish unfair competition law.
