Successful complaint by the law firm – another penalty for the client overturned by the administrative court
The Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw, as a result of a complaint filed by the Law Firm on behalf of the Client, issued another judgment in which it stated that the imposition of a penalty on a company operating a public pharmacy for failure to submit a franchise agreement at the request of the Provincial Pharmaceutical Inspector was unauthorized. This is yet another judgement of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw, resolving the dispute over the transfer of documents in favour of the entrepreneur.
