The District Court Katowice – East in Katowice granted the Law Firm’s client an interim injunction which prevented the construction of a housing estate at Kościuszko Park. Our client’s rights were confirmed by a later decision to dismiss the complaint filed by the developer. The purpose of the proceedings is to prove that part of the planned housing estate is located in the area occupied by our client. This is yet another judgment that confirms that an ordinary citizen is not always at a disadvantage in relation to a developer and can block investments worth millions of zlotys.
