On 22 January 2023, the registry court registered 6 issues of shares of Ruch Chorzów S.A. with a total nominal value of PLN 15 million. This is the successful completion of a long-term process of validation of the previous, ineffective, issues of shares of this Company, the registration of which was refused by the registry court. As a result, the company managed to obtain an increase in its share capital (from PLN 54 million to PLN 69 million) and to avoid the obligation to return contributions made towards ineffective increases.
