I am an attorney-in-law registered in 2018 on the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Council of the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
In 2014, I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2017, I served my legal advisor apprenticeship at the Katowice Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. In 2022, I completed postgraduate studies in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wroclaw.
At the Law Office of Duraj & Reck and Partners, I provide services to individual clients and entrepreneurs primarily in the field of medical law. I specialize in so-called medical malpractice cases and represent clients both on the side of the patient, the doctor and the medical entity. I also have experience in representing clients before provincial commissions for adjudication of medical events.
In addition, I am involved in handling M&A transactions for entities in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors, particularly in due diligence. In my daily practice, I also provide services in the field of property and personal insurance, as well as legal advice to real estate entities.
