Patrycja Bolkowska

Patrycja specializes in the field of civil and commercial law. She has a  experience in compensation claims, drafting commercial contracts and corporate documents.

Attorney at Attorney Bar Association in Katowice. She has graduated from University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Law and Administration. During her studies, she spent one year at the Faculty of Law at the Università degli Studi di Padova in Italy under the Erasmus programme. In 2018, she completed post-graduate studies in public procurement law.

She speaks in English and Italian.

Wiktoria Sydorowska

Wiktoria specialises in commercial and civil law. Her particular areas of experience include public procurement law. She is experienced in representing clients in appeal proceedings before the National Appeal Chamber.

Wiktoria graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia with a first class honours degree in 2012. She also completed a part of her degree at the University of Salamanca in Spain. Before joining DurajReck she gained experience abroad at Polish government bodies in Spain and an English law firm.

Wiktoria is admitted to the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice as a Legal Advisor Trainee and expects to be fully qualified in 2016.

She speaks fluent English and Spanish.

Katarzyna Wojciechowska

Attorney at the Bar Association in Katowice.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. She also completed a master’s degree in rehabilitation pedagogy with social prevention at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of the University of Silesia.

In the Law Firm, she provides legal assistance to individual clients and deals with ongoing services for business entities (especially entities  from the medical and pharmaceutical industries). She participates in servicing the processes of mergers and acquisitions of companies (M&A), including the preparation of due diligence studies.

Her interests include broadly understood civil law, commercial law and personal data protection law. She conducts GDPR implementation processes, audits of compliance with the requirements of the provisions on the protection of personal data, trainings for management staff, employees and Data Protection Officers in the field of personal data protection, and also performs the duties of the Data Protection Officer.

Previously, for many years, she was associated with a unit of combined government administration, where she gained experience in conducting administrative proceedings against entrepreneurs, in the field of infringements in the field of road transport and in the field of control of issuing permits to perform road transport by local government units.

She is fluent in Spanish.

Dominika Wydra

Attorney at the Bar Association in Katowice.

She graduated with excellent grades from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia.

From 2016 to 2018, she served her lawyer’s apprenticeship and passed the bar exam.

She specializes in pharmaceutical law, economic law and commercial contract law cases.

She has many years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to businesses in the pharmaceutical industry, as well as comprehensive services for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes. She has conducted numerous Due Diligence processes for clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

He has good command of English.
