Oliwia Iwon

She deals with civil and business law cases, including services and legal support for the day-to-day operations to business entities. Her interests include such areas as debt collection in business relations, individual labor law, consumer law – especially warranty and guaranty issues, as well as advising and supporting clients in negotiating the terms and conclusion of commercial real estate lease contracts.

She has completed her legal advisor’s apprenticeship at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice and is taking the professional advisor’s exam this year. 

Graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. She completed her studies with an excellent grade.

During her studies she actively participated in student and scientific undertakings. She was active as a member of the Student Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice, where she prepared legal opinions within the Civil Law Section. She was awarded the Rector’s scholarship for the best students.

Wojciech Sawicki

She participates in day-to-day services for entities mainly related to the medical industry, with particular emphasis on the analysis of commercial contracts. He has significant experience in conducting and supervising due diligence (DD) processes, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes and merger proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

He is interested in labour law and issues in the field of Theory and Philosophy of Law.

A long-term scholarship holder of the Rector’s scholarship of the University of Silesia for the best students. In 2021, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice with an excellent grade, as well as was selected as one of the best graduates of the University.

Awarded by the Dean of the District Bar Council in Katowice for special academic achievements.

In 2023, he obtained the Diploma in iure matrimoniali et processuali, which is the basis for appearing before the Ecclesiastical Courts in matrimonial cases (Ecclesiastical Advocate).

Marta Pelc

Attorney trainee at the District Bar Council in Katowice.

She graduated in 2020 from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. The topic of her master’s thesis was “Civil liability of a doctor with special emphasis on liability for malpractice.”

She gained her professional experience in Silesian law firms, specializing mainly in criminal and family cases.

At Duraj & Reck & Partners Law Firm, she provides services to individual clients and entrepreneurs, primarily in the field of medical law. She is currently advising the largest hospital chain in the private medical services market. She participates in handling mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes, including the preparation of due diligence studies.

Przemysław Chmielowski

Attorney-at-law, member of the Bar Association in Katowice. A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. In the Law Firm since 2019. He specializes in criminal law cases. He acts as a defence counsel at the stage of preparatory proceedings before law enforcement authorities, as well as in court proceedings. He also often acted as an attorney for victims in criminal proceedings. He successfully conducted proceedings for the resumption of proceedings ended with a final court judgment. She also represents clients in civil proceedings. He has also conducted cases before the European Court of Human Rights. His interests also include issues in the field of forensic science, including the methodology of conducting forensic examinations and identification of forensic traces.

Michał Noga

Attorney registered on the list of attorneys kept by the Regional Council of Attorneys in Katowice. Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw.

Specialist in administrative and pharmaceutical law. He has many years of experience in providing services to business entities, especially those belonging to the pharmacy sector.

During his professional career, he has participated in due diligence, disputes before administrative authorities (primarily the Pharmaceutical Inspectorate and the National Health Fund), drafted comments to draft legislation as part of public consultations, prepared communications and procedures for the implementation of new obligations enacted by EU and national acts (e.g. e-prescription, KOWAL, ZSMOPL, DNUR), as well as provided opinions on strategic projects and support in current topics.

He uses the experience to solve legal problems while taking into account business goals, as well as the practice of regulators.

Alicja Kubok

She participates in providing legal support to business entities. She specializes in civil, economic and corporate law. She advises on civil and commercial proceedings.

Her areas of interest include labor law and intellectual property law.

She has graduated from the University of Silesia, Faculty of Law and Administration in Katowice.
