Barrister, member of the Bar Association in Katowice. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. He has been working in the Office since 2011.

He has over ten years of experience in trials, supported by numerous cases in criminal proceedings, tax proceedings, and civil disputes. He has successfully acted as a defence counsel and attorney – both in proceedings before law enforcement agencies, common courts, and before administrative or military courts.

He has successfully represented his clients in cassation proceedings before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as in proceedings before the European Court of Human and Civil Rights in Strasbourg.

Author and co-author of numerous press publications.

He specialises in comprehensive legal services provided to economic entities. He is particularly interested in commercial, economic and civil law, and also advertising law and pharmaceutical law. He provides consulting services to clients from the pharmaceutical sector.

He has undergone a full-time court apprenticeship and passed a judge examination. From April 2011 he has been practising as a lawyer.

He has good command of English.

He deals with economic, civil and tax law, including the law of commercial companies, law of unfair competition and law of real estates.

He has long-term experience in handling legal issues of economic entities, inter alia, in the construction, transport sector.

He has completed court apprenticeship and taken a judge examination. In December 2010, when he was granted a licence of a legal adviser, he was entered in to the list of legal advisers at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice.

He specialises in legal handling of issues of economic entities, in particular in establishing and commercial handling of commercial companies, conducting registration procedures and preparing and issuing opinions on commercial contracts.

He is also experienced in court and non-court seeking of claims and securing liabilities. He deals in civil, commercial and economic law, in particular in commercial company law, obligations law and seeking compensation claims.

He has graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Law and Administration.
