A second-year advocate trainee at the District Bar Council in Katowice.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice. The subject of her master’s thesis was “The legal position of the testator’s spouse – remarks de lege lata and de lege ferenda”

She deals with cases in the field of both criminal and civil law.

She has experience in conducting disputes between entrepreneurs, as well as conducting the process of trading in receivables, examining legal defects in receivables, as well as analysing bank documentation, with particular emphasis on servicing mortgage-backed receivables both at the pre-litigation, court and enforcement stages. She also has experience in conducting land and mortgage register proceedings and proceedings related to the pledge register.
