Martyna specializes in the field of civil and commercial law. In her professional practice she advises in civil court proceedings, as well as in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings. Her interests concern, in particular, legal protection of personal interests and arbitration.

Martyna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Philology at the University of Silesia. She is a scholarship holder of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding scientific achievements and a laureate of the Professor W. Pańko Prize for the best graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. Currently, Martyna is a PhD Candidate in Law at the University of Silesia Doctoral School.

She speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
