Marek Gola

Barrister, member of the Bar Association in Katowice. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. He has been working in the Office since 2011.

He has over ten years of experience in trials, supported by numerous cases in criminal proceedings, tax proceedings, and civil disputes. He has successfully acted as a defence counsel and attorney – both in proceedings before law enforcement agencies, common courts, and before administrative or military courts.

He has successfully represented his clients in cassation proceedings before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court, as well as in proceedings before the European Court of Human and Civil Rights in Strasbourg.
