Pawel Garbas

Attorney-at-law at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and the University of Vienna, where he obtained the title of LL.M.

He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property law and competition law. During his career, he has advised business entities from various sectors, in particular the pharmacy industry and real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in conducting due diligence, drafting acquisition agreements and representing clients before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
