Services provided by the law office concerning labour law comprise both individual and collective labour law; we provide services to employers and employees, and also associations thereof. We support our clients – employers – within the entire procedure connected with employment relationship – starting with entering into such a relationship with an employee and finishing with its expiration, and also upon termination of employment relationship within litigious labour law, including negotiations and representing an employer in a dispute with an employee. We also provide comprehensive consulting services in the following fields: relations with trade unions, mergers and acquisitions connected with personnel migration, collective disputes, consultations with representation of employees, other issues connected with employment relationship. The law office prepares and issues opinions on drafts of any acts of the labour law, including agreements, statutes and regulations which specify the rights and obligations of the parties to the employment relationship. Any planned discharges, both individual and group ones, are audited by the law office assessing permissibility, conformity with law, validity and possibility of occurrence of specified effects of actions undertaken by the employer. We also offer legal assistance within optimisation of employment in terms of work time distribution, days-off, employees’ rights connected with parenthood, and also legal assistance within occupational health and safety and material responsibility of employees.
