In the power sector we offer our clients mostly sector consulting services, representing in the proceedings with the object of obtaining concession on fuel trading and on delivery of energy. Our team also represents clients in proceedings in front of the President of the Energy Regulatory Authority (URE), in particular in cases of appeal against decisions taken by the President of URE. Services performed by Duraj & Reck and Partners Law Office within power industry comprise: preparation of legal analyses of given projects (eg. construction of wind farms), issuing opinions on contracts, including granting public assistance for implementation of a given project, preparation of or issuing opinions on the drafts of contracts related to a given project, in particular agreements on leasing lands, specific task contracts, contracts for construction works (including electrical works) and contracts concluded with subcontractors for delivery of sub-assemblies, etc. In proceedings in front of the President of URE and in the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (appeal instance) we make use of our long-term experience in this sector in order to represent the interests of our clients in the best way possible, which brings in settlements in pending proceedings which are advantageous for our clients.
